Beautiful and clean rooms with helpful staff. the location was convenient with easy access to the city center via bus and metro. We also discovered a nearby train station that took us to Termini in just 15 minutes.

The swimming pool's opening hours were not suitable for hot summer days, and dinner service was slow. the WiFi and fridge in the room were not functioning properly.

Even though we faced some challenges during our stay, one thing that stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff at Midas Palace Hotel. We had a flight cancellation due to a volcanic eruption and had to extend our stay for six more days. Despite the language barrier, the front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us. They showed empathy and understanding during our difficult time. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was gracious and ensured our room was clean and comfortable. The hot showers were much appreciated after a long day. While the breakfast selection was limited, the quality of the food was decent. We also enjoyed the lobby area, which was well-maintained and had vending machines on every floor. I'll recommend this hotel for the excellent service and cleanliness.

The gift shop in the lobby is nice. Reception staff are smart and helpful. The shuttle driver is friendly. The housekeeper Gunio solved a water problem in my room promptly. The room has a large double bed and a terrace, it's comfortable.
